Lease To Own Program: One year lease to own pricing is
calculated by taking 10% of the price of the shed and that is your monthly payment times 12 monthly
payments. Two monthly payments are due at the signing of the lease followed by 10 payments over the
last 10 months. Any options are paid up front with the first two payments. Example: 10' x 12' Shed:
$2,255.00 purchase price. Your monthly payment would be $225.50.
