How our sheds are built
Our sheds are built by hand by experienced Mennonite craftsmen. They frame them the way a house is framed, so the walls and roof have real studs and joists you can insulate between.
You choose the size, the doors, the windows and the options. If a finished shed can't reach your spot, we can build it on site.

Fully assembled sheds on our lots, sold as built. In most cases we can get an inventory shed to you within 2 weeks.
Custom built
Custom sizes are our specialty. We build up to 14 feet wide and any length, put the doors and windows where you want them, and add the options you need.

Delivery & setup
Most sheds arrive fully assembled and are set on treated 4×4 skids. We need a fairly level spot, about a 12-foot-wide path for our truck and trailer, 2 feet of room on each side, and 12 feet of height clearance (more for loft styles).
If we can't get a finished shed to your spot, or you want a cement floor, we build it on site. Permanent horse shelters are always built on site. An on-site build charge applies; see the price list.
Free delivery and setup across the Western Slope of Colorado (some restrictions apply). We also deliver to selected parts of Utah, New Mexico and Wyoming. Call to discuss.

Pricing & payment options
Barn & ranch styles from$2,464
Prices are for a shed delivered fully assembled. Lean-to style adds 5% and loft style adds 33% to any size. The price list covers every size from 6′ × 6′ to 12′ × 24′, plus windows, doors, siding, shelving, overhangs, metal roofs and more.
Lease-to-own pricing is available, and you still get free delivery.
Example: on a one-year contract for a $3,000 shed, the monthly payment is 10% of the shed price ($300) for 12 months. Two payments are due when you order ($600), then 10 more payments of $300.

Our sheds are hand-built by experienced Mennonite craftsmen. They frame each shed like a house: 2×4 floor joists and wall studs 16 inches on center, on 4×4 treated skids with a ¾-inch tongue-and-groove floor. You choose the size, the doors, the windows and the options.
Free delivery and setup is included on Shed City USA shed orders across the entire Western Slope of Colorado (some restrictions apply). We need adequate clearance to get our truck and trailer to your site: generally a 12-foot-wide path and enough height. Our delivery area also extends to selected portions of Utah, New Mexico and Wyoming. Call 800-98-SHEDS to discuss delivery outside Colorado.
Yes. This is our specialty. We build up to 14 feet wide and any length, and we prefer even numbers for the length and width. You can choose the location of doors and windows, and add options such as windows, double doors, shelving, overhangs, a metal roof, vents, a steel man door, roll-up doors, insulation and different siding.
Yes. If we cannot get a fully assembled shed to your location, or you want a cement floor, we can build your shed on site for an added charge (see the price list). Permanent horse shelters are built on site.
Yes, we move sheds. Fees start at $250, and we charge less to move a shed we built. Call 970-963-0679 for a quote.
Yes. Shed City USA offers 6-month and one-year lease-to-own options, with free delivery. Interest is 10–20%, depending on the term. Lease-to-own orders must be placed by phone: call 970-963-0679. We can also rent a shed short term or long term; delivery and pickup are charged for rental sheds.
If the shed is in inventory, we can usually get it to you within 1–2 weeks. If we are building your shed, delivery averages 3–4 weeks: 1–2 weeks early and late in the season, and as long as 4–6 weeks during our peak season.
We have sheds on display in Glenwood Springs (across from the Habitat ReStore on Hwy 82), Rifle (across from the Fairgrounds), Craig (on Hwy 40 near City Market) and Steamboat Springs (at Elk River Pet/Ranch).
